About the place
We are looking for reinforcements in the content area, with a particular focus on social media. The main channels are Instagram and Facebook, secondarily we feed a blog, Pinterest (mainly as a knowledge format and preparation of the blog), YT-Shorts and TikTok (mainly as a repost from Reels). Your core task is to create and prepare content for the main channels, and if you are interested also for the secondary channels. This includes:
• We develop content strategies together
• Brainstorming ideas for content pieces
• Creating content plans together
• Graphical preparation of posts (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Planning, preparing and implementing as well as providing support on filming days
• Cutting, editing reels
• Writing captions etc
• Community Management
• Monitoring current social media trends
Very briefly about creative minds
We produce and sell everything that makes pregnancy and breastfeeding comfortable in a very high quality and sustainable manner. Our main product is nursing and side sleeper pillows, filled with pine and sheep's wool here in Vienna. Our aim is to produce the best nursing and side sleeper pillows. This is what we work for, among other things: a lot with midwives. Our target group therefore largely consists of expectant parents and young mothers in Austria and Germany who have high quality standards.
The company itself was founded 5 years ago by a multiple mom and was taken over by a new, young team about a year ago. There are currently 5 people behind the brand. The motivation behind this came from incredible customer feedback and the shared value of sustainability.
Who you should be to enjoy the job
You should enjoy topics related to pregnancy and motherhood. You should be interested in (social) media. You should be able to work independently. The position is generally remote and the times are flexible, but you should be able to be in Vienna on filming days.
What you should be able to do
Good visual sense. What looks good? What doesn't look good?
Security when creating Reels, TikToks, Stories and short social media videos
Basic knowledge of filming, video editing and preparing content for social media
Basic knowledge of graphic design with a program of your choice (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Afinity Designer or similar)
Enjoy writing texts
Very good knowledge of German
Latest information
If you lack any of the skills mentioned above, we will be happy to train you. The position is flexible, so if you want to develop in any direction, we can make it happen. The same applies to the hours, even if we think of 15 hours. If you want to work more or less time because of a mandatory internship or out of interest, that is also possible. The amount of the expense allowance also depends on this.
