Business Development Manager

Headit is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a leading organization active in Total Talent Management and HR services.
This organization supports companies in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, both permanent and flexible, and helps them build sustainable careers and strong teams.

## Your job as Business Development Manager:
You will be responsible for the entire sales process and play a key role in developing new customer relationships. You will identify commercial opportunities and translate customer needs into targeted solutions.
You will actively prospect for new customers and identify their needs;
You will respond to RFPs and develop commercial proposals and tenders;
You will build lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the focus sectors;
You will negotiate contracts and close commercial deals;
You will ensure the smooth transfer of won projects to the operational teams;
You maintain regular contact with prospects and strengthen the organization's image as a preferred partner in the labor market.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, focusing on new business.
### Experience in HR services (such as RPO or MSP) is a strong asset.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French.
You have a strong commercial drive and a proactive mindset.
You are flexible and don't have a 9-to-5 mentality.
You possess strong persuasive and presentation skills.
