Senior HR Business Partner East & West Flanders (car + 41 days of leave to choose from)

HR Regional Partner
Location: East & West Flanders
Full-time – 40 hours, permanent contract
In this role, you will be responsible for HR services within one of our regions, in this case East and West Flanders.
With your passion for HR, this role will give you the opportunity to contribute to the further development of the organization and HR policy, its implementation into daily practice, and coaching and advising the managers in your region.
What will you do?
You will be an advisor and sparring partner for the managers in your region.
You contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of HR policy and the further development of our HR services.
You participate in HR-related projects that impact the department, division, or group level.
You will join a great team of six HR Regional Partners.
The number of FTEs within your area of responsibility is between 300 and 350. This is a mix of blue-collar and white-collar workers, with an emphasis on blue-collar workers.
Your profile
You have several years of experience in an HR Business role in a blue-collar environment (this is essential).
You can converse fluently in French (you may sometimes have to handle difficult conversations).
You already have experience liaising with union partners.
You have experience supporting the line management (supporting difficult conversations, supporting performance reviews, answering questions about social legislation, etc.).
Given your mobile role, you ideally live in the Ghent region. You are willing to travel regularly to Lommel, Eindhoven, and Vilvoorde (once a month).
