As HR Business Partner at our client:
You will guide the recruitment and onboarding of blue-collar and white-collar workers.
You will organize training and development programs for employees.
You will coordinate performance reviews and appraisals and provide HR advice to management.
You will ensure accurate payroll administration and HR reporting, both locally and internationally.
You will support HR policy projects and contribute to a people-focused organizational culture.
Profile
A Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in production environments is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a coaching, hands-on mentality.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Proactive, stress-resistant, and quality-conscious.
