Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you are the point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR matters. You advise, support, and contribute to a strong HR policy. Your responsibilities include:
## Employee Journey Support:
Job intake with hiring managers
Determining recruitment strategy and posting vacancies
Coordinating application procedures and participating in interviews
Supervising employee onboarding and follow-up
Advising managers on performance issues and long-term absences
Supporting off-boarding
## Learning & Development:
Identifying training needs
Developing a training plan in collaboration with managers
Coordinating training programs
## Organizational Development and HR Policy:
Establishing and maintaining a job and salary structure
Coordinating the HR cycle (evaluations, pay rounds, etc.)
Deploying and monitoring well-being and engagement projects (e.g., Novacharity)
Supporting leadership programs and cultural change
Developing an Employee Branding policy in collaboration with our Marketing department.
You will work closely with the person responsible for payroll administration and fleet management and act as their backup. You will report directly to the CFO.
### Profile
You have extensive and generalist experience in soft HR (at least 10 years).
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team and organize your tasks efficiently.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and customer focus characterize your approach.
You enjoy operational HR activities.
You have strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.
You are willing to travel occasionally to our international offices (the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark).
