WORK ORGANIZER IN A BUSINESS PROCESS, trial period 1 month, Permanent, full-time, 40, ANALYSIS, OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AND BUSINESS ORGANIZATION, PROPOSING AND INTRODUCING NEW METHODS, TECHNIQUES AND WORK METHODS, MANAGEMENT OF THE MOST DEMANDING PROJECTS, PERFORMING THE MOST DEMANDING PROFESSIONAL WORK WITHIN THE WORK FIELD, PREPARING PROFESSIONAL BASES AND INSTRUCTIONS, PARTICIPATING IN THE PREPARATION OF THE PPN (PROGRAM PRODUCTION PLAN), MAKING ANALYSES AND PREPARING REPORTS, To work in the aforementioned position, a completed university education or 2nd Bologna level education (university graduate organizer or other university education or 2nd Bologna level), a category B driving license, knowledge of project management and 3 years of work experience in the field of project management are required. The work in the mentioned position is performed in regular working hours. We will conclude an employment contract with the selected candidate for an indefinite period, with a 1-month trial period.
