About the BUCH
Work organization BUCH was established in 2017, following a merger of the official organizations of the municipalities of Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum and Heiloo. This makes it a young organization, with strong roots within the four municipalities.

Description of assignment
This is an assignment for 6 months of 36 hours per week to support our organization in the further professionalization of IT Asset Management, with the option to extend the assignment twice by three months.
Within De BUCH, IT Asset Management has been set up as a central functional role within the broader development towards a more process-oriented, manageable and demonstrably manageable I&A organization. Existing facilities are used for the registration of IT assets, including the CMDB functionality within TOPdesk. Further professionalization not only requires better registration, but above all coherence between Asset Management, Configuration Management, contract management, supplier management and the other ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management and Change Management.

1. Professionalizing, connecting and making IT Asset Management manageable: carrying out a baseline measurement, prioritizing improvement measures and delivering a practically applicable basic design for IT Asset Management. Doo.
