What are you going to do?
Are you a driven IT professional with a passion for Microsoft 365 and application management? Do you want to work in a dynamic retail environment where your work has a direct impact on colleagues and stores throughout the Netherlands? Then this role as IT application specialist M365 at PLUS is something for you!
As an IT application specialist M365, you are responsible for the functional management, design and optimal use of applications within the Microsoft 365 landscape. You ensure continuity, ease of use and improvement of IT services within PLUS.
Your activities include: - You maintain contact with stores, colleagues and suppliers; - You handle incidents, changes and user questions; - Developing and providing training and creating documentation; - Identifying and implementing improvements; - Support with design, testing and releases of applications; - Participate in projects within the application landscape.
Who are you?
- You have at least HBO working and thinking level; - You have at least three years of experience with Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online; - Extensive technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite. - Microsoft certifications (365 Administrator) or equivalent. - Experience with ITIL, ASL and/or BiSL; - Experience with change, incident and problem management; - Strong in analyzing and solving functional and technical issues; - Proactive, customer-oriented attitude with an eye for security, compliance and retail processes.
What do we offer you?
