Are you handy with computers and secretly the IT helpdesk at home? Do you love puzzles, games or gaming? In short, are you actually a born IT professional, but have you chosen a different field of study? Or have you recently come into contact with IT and has it aroused your interest? Then you are looking for the right IT traineeship! Within our program we first train you internally, then we match and guide you towards your first assignment at companies such as ANWB, Rituals and Eneco.

What are you going to do?
You will follow the Qquest TalentClass program with a group of a maximum of twelve trainees. This is our two-month training period in which you will discover how you can apply your talents within one of the many IT functions.
During the traineeship at Qquest you will work with us on challenging assignments for our clients, where you will have direct contact with experienced specialists during the process and discover why the traineeship with us is one of the best choices for you.
You will be taught the latest and most relevant IT skills, such as: Java, SQL, Scrum, TMap, CI/CD, DATA, management and project-based work. We also pay a lot of attention to important soft skills such as presenting, giving feedback and communicating. You also build a close bond with your trainees because you not only work together a lot, but many fun activities are also organized.
After the Talent Class, you will start working as quickly as possible on an assignment that suits you with one of our leading clients. Where that is and what exactly you will do depends entirely on your experiences and performance in the first two months. But don't worry, we will guide you intensively in this process!
