Do you see a future in IT for yourself, but do you have no training or background in this field? And do you want to contribute to a safer Netherlands? Great, then the Createment traineeship at the Central Judicial Collection Agency (CJIB) is tailor-made for you!
The Creation traineeship in short
• A program in which your development is central, you follow training and obtain certificates.
• A performance coach who takes you through a great soft skills program and with whom you can bring out the best in yourself.
• A salary that increases twice during the year. As you develop, your salary will increase.
• After the traineeship, a job at the CJIB in Leeuwarden, with a salary of at least €2,500 based on 40 hours per week.
You have talent
We can (further) develop skills together. Experience or training in IT is therefore not necessary. We think the most important thing is that you:
• Driven by the ambition to become a super good IT professional,
• Sufficient command of the Dutch language to follow the training courses in Dutch.
Createment provides the right training and guidance. In an intensive 14-month process, we will together bring out the IT professional in you and you will work towards a permanent job at the CJIB in Leeuwarden. After the first months 'in school', you start working for your new employer and delve into the world of IT. Which direction? You decide that yourself. Together with you, we will determine which job profile suits you best. The four options within the CJIB:
- Agile Analyst
- Software Tester
- Software Developer
- Functional Manager
