IT Assetmanager

ml TYou will help the organization in a six-month assignment with the further professionalization of IT Asset Management. You create more coherence between asset management, configuration management, contract management, supplier management and the broader ITSM processes. You will work on a manageable, demonstrably manageable basic structure that can be practically applied in the organization. You combine analysis, design and initial implementation with coaching and transfer, so that the current IT Asset Manager can continue to build independently afterwards. You will therefore immediately make an important contribution to better management, compliance, auditability and continuous improvement within the I&A organization.
What are you going to do?
- You carry out a baseline measurement of the current working methods, registrations, roles, reports and bottlenecks within IT Asset Management.
- You define the assignment, including activities that do and do not belong to IT Asset Management.
- You draw up a priority list with improvement measures that are feasible within six months and measures for a follow-up phase.
- You describe a practical working method for IT Asset Management, including lifecycle management, registration quality, contract relationships and supplier agreements.
- You establish minimum quality standards for asset and contract registration and set up a simple control cycle.
- You improve the relationships between IT assets, contracts, suppliers and CMDB registrations.
- You organize the delivery of data for the annual ICT Benchmark structurally and efficiently.
- You draw up a reporting format for contract terms, budget signals, risks, compliance obligations and optimization options.
- You advise on the desired design of TOPdesk/CMDB for IT Asset Management, without assuming full technical implementation within this assignment.
- You draw up a draft RASCI for IT Asset Management and the most important interfaces with Configuration Management, Change Management.
