IT intern
As an IT Intern, you support the IT team with daily management activities and smaller projects. You actively contribute to maintaining the IT environment, carrying out updates and improving documentation. You will have the opportunity to tackle tasks independently, while you can always fall back on guidance from experienced colleagues. What are you going to do? - CMDB management - Updating, checking and supplementing configuration items, including documenting changes. - IGEL migrations - Independently carrying out migrations to IGEL workplaces according to established procedures, under the guidance of an experienced administrator. - Documentation - Drawing up, updating and structuring manuals, work instructions and technical documentation. - IT management activities - Support with daily management tasks such as user management, basic installations, updates and monitoring. - Workplace management - Participate in setting up, rolling out, maintaining and optimizing workplaces within the organization. - Support - Answering simple user questions and registering reports in the ticket system. - Participate in IT projects - Carry out preparatory and executive work within current projects. What are you bringing? - Basic knowledge of Windows environments, hardware and networks. - Interest in workplace management and IT infrastructure. - Accuracy in documentation and CMDB updates. - Willingness to learn new tools and systems, such as IGEL. - Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
